The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to key sites. The staff was very helpful and provided useful suggestions for exploring the area. This improved the overall experience. The rooms were clean and the complimentary coffee, water, and tea were a plus.
The room was a bit small for the number of occupants. There was limited space for luggage and maneuvering. This. The bathroom also lacked sufficient towel hanging space.

The staff was cute and provided useful information about the area. I appreciated their recommendations for local attractions. The hotel's location was excellent (it's hard to beat), very central for visiting all places of interest. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods, very satisfying to me.
The room i stayed in had older furniture. The supplied toilet paper felt cheap. I noticed that the towels were old too (they felt rough). The administrator didn't ensure guest safety during the power outage.

poor ventilation long wait
The room felt stuffy. ac was not very effective. i thought the room needed better ventilation and temperature control. It was quite uncomfortable. i also had trouble getting prompt service from the front desk one evening. the desk was understaffed! and there was a considerable wait.

Enchanting Stay in the Heart of It ALL!!!

The location was Really good. It was central, quiet, and near many bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the classic style of the rooms and the great breakfast choice available each morning. I especially appreciated the super-friendly staff who welcomed my children warmly.
The hotel offered no real bar. This felt more like a lodging house than a full hotel, which I noticed .

convenient location helpful staff
i found the location very convenient. it allowed quick access to main attractions. staff assistance with taxi arrangements was helpful. i also liked the afternoon coffee service offered in the lobby.
the rooms furniture looked old, scratched. i also noticed cheap toilet paper. there was half used roll left in the bathroom.

I found the staff helpful and friendly . The location was convenient, close to bars and attractions, away from the busy streets. The hotel has a nice interior and a super location. I appreciated that.
The hotel room had an unpleasant smell. I was told the air conditioning is switched off during the winter. This made the room stuffy.
